New Year, and new specials. Sweet Potato Pancakes with homemade Orange Compound Butter.
To be clear: we add sweet potato to the pancakes, top them with the Orange Butter and a slice of orange, and serve you some of the most amazing pancakes you’ve ever tasted.
Oh, don’t worry. We still give you a pitcher of locally tapped, 100% pure New York Maple Syrup so you can sweeten to taste. And when I say taste, I mean plenty of that great Carmen’s flavor.

Huevos Benedictus normally comes two to the plate, with home fries. Carmen thought we could get by with just one (diets, you know). Ha! We just put in the order for another pair.
