Albany Center Gallery Gala

Beautiful Event!!

And the signature cocktail, the Fizz Roy, is fantastic!

Jim-Gerale & Vodka, with Lime. Amazing!

Simple Needs

Sometimes all you want is eggs & toast.

We do that too.

Smoothest Grits In The World

Creamy, creamy grits, made with Fontina cheese for extra smoothiest smoothness. Tang of sautéed mushrooms. Apple smoked bacon and two eggs, your style.

Now I remember, this is why I love November.

Pastalon

Again with the Pastelon? Yes!!!

We can’t make enough of this delectable Cuban Lasagna.

Each time we make a bigger tray of it and it still sells out. Layers of Plantain, Picadillo, Manchego and Mozzarella, topped with Egg and baked to crispy perfection.

Starting Early

It’s amazing! We remembered daylight savings time, but we were so used to getting up early for the farmers market that we were up-and-at-em at five. We are all prepped and ready to open for you early birds who forgot about the time shift.

Shown above, our special for the day, Black Bean Omelette. A savory mix of black beans, onions, tomatoes and cilantro wrapped in an omelette, garnished with handfuls of shredded cheddar. Amazing!

Frittata

What the Spanish call an omelette— and we do it the Spanish way.

Mushroom, onion, red pepper, garlic, mashed potatoes. A zippy way to pep up your Sunday in this cold fall weather!

Pastelon

Layers of flavor— plantains, picadillo, fresh mozzarella & manchego cheeses and eggs. The Cuban version of lasagna.

Rich and hearty, a flavor delight!

Veggie Flamenco

Like the popular Huevos Flamencos, but veggie flamenco is all vegetarian, topped by two eggs any style. but with a lentil base – totally veggie! And just as tasty as the original.

Only at Carmen’s— Making brunch better since 2004.

Pastelon

Think of it as Cuban lasagna. Layers of plantain, picadillo, and cheese make this a savory delight!
