Pineapple Grapefruit Soda
Just one of the seven blends of Crisp fruit-juice sodas served up at Carmen’s Café— both at our Café and at our booth in the Troy Waterfront Farmer’s Market.
We make it with 65% juice, and not a speck of sugar or other sweeteners— Half the calories of regular sodas, with tasty natural goodness at its thirst quenchiest best!
Pair it with epanadas or a breakfast sandwich for a perfect meal.

Cuban Pulled Pork Sandwich
At the Café and the Farmers Market this weekend: The same succulent pulled pork we serve in our Cubano sandwiches, but more of it. Plus arugula, chipotle aioli, cheddar cheese on a ciabatta roll— then topped with Carmen’s own homemade pineapple-mango barbecue sauce! Words don’t express!
Pair this with Limonada or Lime creme for a real Caribbean experience, or with our own minty fruity iced tea.
