Put the sugar in a saucepan and CAREFULLY heat it, (don’t let it scorch!) stirring occasionally.
When all the sugar is melted add some cream, whisk it with a dash of Triple Sec.
Allow a half hour, if you let it burn, you’ll spend another half hour scouring the pan.
The alternative: come in for some multi grain pancakes topped with Caramel-Apple-Bacon sauce!
