Roasting Tomatoes Part 2

You only need to roast the tomatoes for a few minutes, depending on the heat. Not all the way black, just partly.

We’re using these in a Romesco Sauce for the Pan Seared Chicken we are featuring this week. Romesco is a traditional Spanish sauce, but more about that later.
