It’s picnic season, so we put up an extra pair of pork shoulders for Cubano’s.

We rub them with spices, then drench them in a tasty marinade. It’s a secret, but I will allow that we use plenty of orange juice!

After marinating for two days, we slow roast them for 14 hours to make you the tastiest pulled pork you can imagine. All part of the best Cubano sandwiches in the world, here at Carmen’s

Reducing the raspberries concentrates the flavor, improves the texture, and blends flavors with the orange cognac base.
