Vegan Flamenco- taste treat!

The Vegan version of our famous Huevos Flamenco.

This new dish uses Lentils in place of Chorizo Sausage in the Flamenco Stew, adjusting spices as needed. Instead of Eggs, it is topped with Foamed Corn.

Vegan Flamenco is quickly becoming a favorite new menu item.

And don’t forget our Veggie Hash, a Vegan alternative to Chorizo Hash.
