Geoff and John have been opening the joint for a while now, and Carmen just hearted them.

Valentine’s Pancake Special, with our own Chocolate Sauce and Creme Anglaise.

As an alternate, we can sub Orange Liqueur Sauce for the Creme Anglaise

Ranch eggs, sunny up. You can’t go wrong with the classics.

We make that Mexicali sauce by boiling down red ripe, vine tomatoes until they are caramelized to perfection. Mashed black beans on one side, and vegan or chorizo hash on the other.

What’s that, you say? Yes, of course we make the chorizo ourselves it’s the best way to get the great quality and fresh taste that we love so much.

One potato pancake savory, with bacon & scallions. The other is vegan, with sweet potato & roasted red peppers.

Then there’s the eggs & roasted veggies. How can you add to perfection?

We don’t really have a name for them, we’ve just been calling them Special Eggs.

Bacon and Eggs, but where’s the bacon? In the potato pancakes, along with the scallions! And if bacon & eggs are great, bacon, eggs & potato pancakes are fantastic!

Get it tomorrow at Carmen’s. I’d say today, but we’ve had a run on them already and have to mash more patoots.
