Vegan Flamenco- taste treat!

The Vegan version of our famous Huevos Flamenco.

This new dish uses Lentils in place of Chorizo Sausage in the Flamenco Stew, adjusting spices as needed. Instead of Eggs, it is topped with Foamed Corn.

Vegan Flamenco is quickly becoming a favorite new menu item.

And don’t forget our Veggie Hash, a Vegan alternative to Chorizo Hash.

Well, we warned you, and look what’s happening now. These puppies are flying off the stove and onto the tables, and at this rate we’ll be out of them today.

Literally, every table has ordered at least one, and I’m finding out why right now. Savory, smoky, melt in your mouth goodness. It doesn’t come better than this!
